Yes. The cost for a telehealth appointment is the same as a regular in-person consult.
1. A general practitioner provides a referral for you, to a psychiatrist, which is sent to Dr Fitch.
2. Dr Fitch accepts you if she is able.
3. We request Patient information forms to be completed - this includes:

Any Clinical Documents (Medical History, past reports, any paediatric records.)
Please send these to reception@janefitch.com.au
Dr Fitch may also request some ECG/Pathology/Screening tests to be completed, and provide a referral to such services. We will notify you if these are required.
4. Once done, we can schedule your Initial appointment (Usually a Wednesday)
5. Follow-up appointments.

Medicare covers a set amount of the cost of each appointment, provided you have a valid referral.
A standard referral lasts for 3 months from a specialist (starting from your initial appointment with Dr Fitch) or for 12 months if from your GP.
